Registration

TEMTIA12 is a four-day, in-person international meeting.

The registration fee includes access to all scientific talks, poster sessions, and meals provided during official conference hours.

Conference registration requires an active user account. Please create an account or log in via My Account to proceed.

** Student / Early-Career Ticket Eligibility

1. Available to full-time undergraduate and graduate students, or postdoctoral fellows.
2. Includes access to the Early-Career Forum (13th Nov, mornigg).
3. Proof of status may be requested during on-site check-in.

Early-Career Forum (13^th Nov, morning)

Free for Students & Postdoctoral fellows

Social Event – KAVALAN TOUR: US$20 / NT$640

An optional post-conference visit to the Kavalan Whisky Distillery, offering a relaxed cultural experience beyond Taipei.
The tour includes round-trip transportation and basic travel insurance.

Dinner Reception

A Dinner Reception is planned as part of the conference program. Participation is optional and can be selected as an add-on during Meeting registration.

Notes

• Dinner Reception is optional and available as part of the “Meeting with Dinner Reception” package.
• Group tickets require registration of three or more participants under the same group.

• All payments will be processed in TWD. TWD prices are calculated using a fixed exchange rate (USD 1 = TWD 32) for administrative consistency.

Payment & Invoice

A payment confirmation and receipt will be issued automatically after successful registration.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
