Getting to Taipei
Taipei is served by two airports:
Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) – main international gateway
Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) – regional and domestic flights
Most international participants will arrive via Taoyuan International Airport (TPE).
Accommodation
A wide range of accommodation options is available in Taipei, including hotels near the conference venue and along major MRT lines.
Participants are encouraged to book accommodation early, as availability may be limited during the conference period.
Recommended hotels will be announced on the official conference website.
Visa Information
Visa requirements vary by nationality, participants who require a visa are strongly encouraged to begin the application process at least 6–8 weeks in advance.

Official Invitation Letters for visa applications are issued only by the TEMTIA12 Organizing Committee and only upon request.
TEMTIA12 will NEVER request payment, passport details, or personal information via unsolicited emails, messages, or third-party agents.
Visa applications should be submitted only through official government websites.
