To submit an abstract, please create an account or log in via My Account.
Abstract Format
Abstracts must be submitted in English and conform to the following format requirements:
- Word limit: The maximum length of the abstract is 300 words, excluding the title, author names, and affiliations.
- Content: Abstracts should clearly state the scientific rationale, experimental approach, key findings, and significance of the work.
- File type: Upload a Word document (.doc or .docx) via the online submission system
- Template: A Word template is available to assist authors with formatting. Use of the template is recommended but not mandatory.
Authors and Affiliations
- The full name of each author must be provided.
- Institutional affiliations for all authors, including co-authors, are required.
- Affiliations should include institution name and country.
- Please indicate the presenting author by underlining their name in the author list.
Topics Selection
You must select one Primary Topic and may optionally select one Secondary Topic:
- Mechanobiology
- Spatial Biology
- Cancer (Pre-clinical)
- Cancer (Oncology)
- Computational and Systems Biology
- EMT in Development
- Epigenetics in Stem Cells and Organoids: MET/EMT
- Mitochondria & Metabolism
Submissions addressing related or emerging topics beyond these categories are also welcome.
To ensure a balanced scientific program, abstracts may be assigned to a topic other than the Primary Topic if appropriate.
Important Notes
- At least one author of each accepted abstract must register for the conference by the applicable deadline for inclusion in the final program.
- Submission of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance or oral presentation.
